“ We love us some Bubba Gumps. During a stay recently at universal City we ate at the location there. The service was great and of the atmosphere is just what youd expect. My ever so favorite jambalaya was just as expected and they cooked the wifes steak to perfection. Boys all got kids stuff so nothing special there but one did try the bang bang shrimp special on fried rice and it was yum yum! Not very spicy at all but tasty as all get out. Thats about all I got to say about that so until next time! PS they still do trivia so if you enjoy the experience, just ask and you shall receive. ”

“ The restaurant is located in Universal City. There are several restaurants, movie theater along with admission to the studio. Parking is a little expensive in the General Self Parking Area and some distance from the restaurant and attractions. Valet parking is reasonable with validation from the restaurant and closer. The restaurant is very large divided into several sections. The menu is extensive mostly seafood. The dishes are large portions. The prices are fair. The dishes served were tasty. The service is outstanding. ”

The food is of course a bit pricey for the amount you get but hey its not a Michelin star restaurant what do you expect! Drinks were great though AND they let you take the cup. Their lobster roll is actually shrimp in lobster sauce so dont be fooled. If you have enough braincells to understand that this isnt a fancy restaurant and to read the menu carefully theres no way youll be disappointed when you come here. ”
